I believe that the person who you’re going to trust to handle this transaction for you is very important. Before I can effectively market and sell your home, let’s meet beforehand at my office, over a cup of coffee or tea, or virtually. Tell me your story.  How can I help you? In this meeting, I will also provide you with the your Preliminary Home Pricing Package and tell you what this means for you. 

Preliminary Home Pricing Package (What's Your Home Worth?)

Before we meet, let me get to work. For this step, I take some time to prepare the Preliminary Home Pricing Package based on the information you’ve provided me about your home and on the market data and statistics in your neighbourhood. I will come up with a pricing range that we will use as a base price to come up with your final listing price.

Marketing Strategies

Each home is unique. While standard marketing strategies work to reach the public, does it reach the actual target market that’s willing to pay top dollar for your home? Does your home get presented to potential buyers well? 

A carefully planned and executed marketing and sales strategy is important to convince buyers that your home is worth their money. Learn about how I can make your property stand above the rest.

Listing your home

Now that you’ve decided to work with me to sell your home – let’s roll up our sleeves and get preppin’. 

Firstly, gather all the documents available that will help provide more information about your home – latest utility bills, building permits for recent additions and renovations, floor plans (if available), surveys, etc. Did you have something repaired recently? Did you get a new hot water tank? Did you get your roof replaced? Get the receipts ready.

Not sure if you want to do a major upgrade or renovation? What about to re-paint a room? Want to completely redo the kitchen but not sure if it’s worth it?  Answering these questions is one of the reasons why I am here. I can provide some input on whether some of the upgrades you are thinking of is the best way to go and if it will give you the best return for your investment.

Want to hire a cleaner? Need a handyman to do some minor repairs? With my network of contractors, I can easily coordinate these for you.

Once these are done, then it’s time for staging and photographs/video!
